Integrating SOE into our practice is easily the best decision I have made as a new practice owner. We had great assistance with the conversion across from Kodak R4 and excellent support over the past few months since this happened. It has certainly been hard but SOE have made it as seamless as possible in my opinion and it has definitely been worth it.

The continued learning available means that you can make the most out of this system and our own dedicated Customer Success liaison is helping us supercharge our performance both clinically and financially.

I am a big believer in KPI's/performance figures and the level of detail SOE reports produce is world apart from our last system.

Absolutely no regrets!

Month 3 - Concentrating on hitting our UDA target

We’ve been really concentrating on hitting our UDA target and although this led to our private revenue taking a bit of a hot, we are now on track so great news. We’ve also just upgraded to EXACT V12.6 so looking forward to seeing the updates.

Month 2 - Great second month on the challenge

Very happy with the 30% increase in private revenue compared to this month last year! Overall it’s been a great second month on the challenge and have mentioned to Andrew that I would be happy to be a referral site if for anyone looking to make the change to EXACT.

Month 2 - Focusing on workflow compliance

With a focus on Workflow Compliance we have managed to jump from 83% to 87% since last month. We’re definitely going in the right direction but have discussed a more detailed plan with Andrew on improving this further including speaking to our clinicians to ensure they are keeping patients in surgery until they have “charged” treatment to the Workflow so that activities are not “failed” unfairly.

Month 1 - Our first months' KPI tracker

Just had my first call with my success consultant Andrew where we went through our first months’ KPI tracker. Andrew demonstrated the Appointment Workflow Compliance and we agreed that we need a team focus on pre-booking recalls at the front desk as after reviewing the tracker it was clear that our existing process has not been quite as effective as we thought.
