Starting off as a purely NHS practice, Porchester Dental, Nottingham have now been looking to expand their private sector. Recently undergoing new ownership and after almost 21 years as an associate at Porchester Dental, Principal Dentist Mandy Hampson is looking to revamp the practice and grow the business. Follow her journey as Mandy and her team undergo their Good to Great Challenge.
Month 3 - Team day out
My first team day out premiering our new practice logo! Trying something different like “Its a Knock out!” It brought out some heroic action in some otherwise very quiet characters.....a real surprise and very impressive team efforts!
